The delivery time is calculated from the approval of the order and is counted in business days, from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM. In exceptional cases, deliveries may also take place on Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays.

You will receive an email when your order is approved, as well as during other stages: preparation, invoice issuance, dispatch to the courier, and delivery.
